PROTECTION and PREVENTION of Colds and Flu. 

The most important things we can do to protect and prevent are the things we do every day, our first lines of offense AND defense. Along with eating well, eating right, eating fresh, eating whole, every day, and healing foods if we do get sick, here are some not-to-forget tips:

Don’t touch your nose and mouth when you are in contact with hard surfaces such as counters, desks and doorknobs because germs can live on them for hours or days and can be transmitted through touch.

 

girl-sneezing-into-elbow#2. If you sneeze or cough, use your elbow not your hands, to prevent your germs from finding their way into the airwaves. Use a tissue to blow your nose and then, wash up.

#3. Get plenty of sleep every day. Your immune system regenerates itself best when you are sleeping.

#4. Drink water. Lots.

#5. Exercise. And enjoy the out of doors.

Be Prepared to Prevent and Protect yourself from being sick.
